If you order a printed version of the voucher, you will receive an email from us in which we offer two options:
Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Unused gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Delivery to any Zásilkovna pick up point, where you will then pick up the voucher. This option is subject to a charge (+100 CZK).
- Personal pick up of the certificate at our studio (Jaromírova 789/2, Prague - Nusle) - we will agree on a collection date.
